Matt graduated from UC - Berkeley with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. As an undergraduate, he performed research for 2 years under Professor Michael Frenklach with a focus in creating intuitive and user friendly GUI's, video tutorials, and a more enticing web layout for the PrIMe Kinetics website and workflow application. In July 2011, he continued his research as a PhD student, with an initial focus on simulating and optimizing laminar premix flame experiments and continued focus on expanding the PrIMe infrastructure.
